- I will assist you in supply chain improvement, demand and order planning, optimization of safety stock, finding economic order quantity, in making market research and supplier sourcing and negotiations.
- Will make statistical forecast (e.g. Holt`s forecasting model), best method definition, seasonal forecast.
- Will create master spreadsheet and formulas based on your requirements, provide chart work when needed, statistics work.
Preliminary assessment, where I can say if I could fulfill an order, is free of charge.
From this point on you would need to place an order (1 hour minimum), because I`ll need to go deeper into a topic and it belongs already to my work process.
