I have been using R, statistics and R-studio from 5 years and have a good experience in it. I can provide help in, but not limited to:
- Descriptive Statistics
- T-test, ANOVA, PERMANOVA, regression analysis, mixed model (NLME, LMER), Post-hoc tests, effect sizes
- Graphs: Bar graph, line graph, box plot, qPCA, NMDS, RDA, PCoA and many others
- Process sequencing data (such as next-generation sequencing) with pipelines softwares and make OTU, ASV tables, assign taxonomy and provide you ready data so you can do analysis on it and make graphs in R (and YES I can help in R too)

I can help a bit in EXCEL and SPSS too.
